My background

I trained with the Inland Revenue on a fast track executive program in the early 1980s. Since then I have worked with some of the top 5 accountancy firms, have been a freelance consultant and senior manager in the financial services industry.

As a professional coach I am building on years of business and professional experience to take clients forward to achievement, success and happiness.

• Certified NLP Practitioner
• LCH dip

I hope to have received the designatory letters ACC as an accredited coach from the ICF by autumn 2008

My interests

I love travel and gardening.

I am a volunteer aftercare advisor for the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust  www.psybt.org.uk which supports and mentors young people while they start up a new business.

My Approach to Coaching

I believe passionately that individuals have deep reserves of potential which can be tapped through the coaching process resulting in high performing, self aware, responsible and self confident people.

In my coaching I use skills and models from both the worlds of coaching and business as well as NLP and CBT.
